Return and Refund Conditions
We allow returns or refunds under the following conditions only:

Change of Mind:
- You may request a return or refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the product has not entered the production process.
- After 24 hours, once the production of your custom product has started, returns or refunds are no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at leagueofstore.shop@gmail.com.
- Proof of damage or the mistake (e.g., photos of the product and packaging) must be provided for us to evaluate and resolve the issue.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund, please email us at leagueofstore.shop@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Supporting photos or proof, if applicable
If your request is accepted, we’ll provide further instructions. Returns or refunds will not be processed for items sent back to us without prior approval.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- For change of mind: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after confirmation that the product hasn’t entered production.
- For damaged/incorrect items: Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Custom or personalized products already in production
- Sale items or gift cards
- Products without proof of damage or incorrect delivery
